TripPA End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and TripPA Ltd (“TripPA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of the TripPA platform.

By accessing or using TripPA, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

This Agreement applies to:

  • Subscription Users (staff and parents linked to a subscribing School)
  • Trial Users (individuals accessing TripPA for evaluation purposes)

1. License Grant

  • TripPA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use TripPA solely for school-related trip planning purposes.
  • Trial Users are granted a temporary license to evaluate TripPA using only sample student data.
  • All other rights are reserved by TripPA.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of TripPA.
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover TripPA’s source code.
  • Use TripPA for any commercial, resale, or unauthorised purposes.
  • Remove, obscure, or alter TripPA’s proprietary notices.
  • Upload unlawful, offensive, or unauthorised content through the platform.
  • Circumvent security features or access areas of the platform you are not permitted to access.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Protect your login credentials.
  • Comply with applicable laws and school policies.
  • Only upload appropriate content (particularly in the “Moments” feature).
  • For trial users, avoid uploading any real personal data.

4. Ownership

TripPA owns all intellectual property rights in the TripPA platform and associated content. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Data Protection

Personal data processed through TripPA is handled in accordance with TripPA’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Trial Users must use only provided sample data.

6. Updates and Maintenance

TripPA may update, improve, or modify the platform at its discretion. Access to TripPA may be temporarily suspended for maintenance.

7. Termination

  • This Agreement will continue until terminated.
  • We may terminate your license immediately if you breach this Agreement or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Your access will automatically terminate when your School’s subscription or your trial access ends.
  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of TripPA.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • TripPA provides planning tools and is not responsible for the execution of school trips.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripPA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • TripPA’s total liability to any User is limited to £500.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
