Last updated: 28th April 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the TripPA platform and its features, including the “Moments” functionality, by all users, including School staff and parents. It applies to both trial users and subscription users.

By accessing or using the TripPA app, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Scope and Principles

This Policy applies to:

  • Staff Users: Teachers, administrators, and other school staff from a subscribing school, with full access to TripPA.
  • Parent Users: Parents or guardians with read-only access.

  • Share content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or offensive, including hate speech, explicit content, or threats.
  • Upload, share, or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted photos, videos, or music without proper authorisation.
  • Upload content that invades the privacy of others, including unauthorised photos or videos of individuals without their consent, especially minors.
  • Use Moments to harass, bully, or intimidate other users, including teachers, students, parents, or any other individuals involved in school trips.
  • Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious software/code via the platform, including links to phishing websites or viruses.

3. User Responsibilities
