As any teacher knows, when students head off on a school trip, their parents are left wondering, “what are they up to?”. And yes, parents always want those school trip photos and videos while the trip is happening! Traditional methods, like sending updates by email or text, are a hassle for teachers and parents, and it’s hard to manage securely. Enter our “Moments” feature, a social-style space in TripPA’s School Trip Management App that makes it effortless to share engaging media and updates with parents, in real-time. With trips without trip-ups as our promise, we’re here to make every educational visit safer, simpler, and way more fun to share.

Secure Media Sharing
Using Moments, staff can share school trip photos and videos securely – no more juggling email attachments or unprotected social posts! Only parents and guardians of students on the trip can access these updates, ensuring a safe, closed environment. And for extra security, our platform even allows teachers to schedule posts with a delay. This way, updates only go live once students have left the location, adding an extra layer of safety and privacy for everyone involved.

Quick and Easy Posting
Moments is designed to be flexible and intuitive. Any staff member on the trip can quickly snap and share updates without compromising their on-trip duties. Whether it’s a silly group photo at a theme park or a clip of students performing in a concert, parents get an immediate look at what their children are experiencing.

Versatile and Interactive
Staff can share multiple photo and video files in each post, tag a location, and give further details about what the students are up to. And to make it even more engaging, parents can interact with posts through a “like” feature. Every update brings parents and family closer to the action, allowing them to feel they are part of the visit too!
