Our 2024 highlights
- The first phase of our web and mobile apps was designed from scratch and completed at the start of the year.
- Our fabulous developer has been working hard on our school trip planning software, and our service is now nearly ready for launch!
- We have ensured integration to all leading MIS (Management Information Systems) through our brilliant partners.
- Meanwhile, the design of the second phase of our app is nearly complete too, which will provide many new indispensable features for teachers and trip leaders.
- We rolled out a stand-alone risk assessment generator for Excel, a handy tool designed to support teachers with safety and compliance while we await the launch of our app!
App Features
Our school trip management app is built to make visit planning stress-free, paper-free and efficient, giving teachers back the time they need while ensuring parents are kept in the loop with their children’s’ adventures! - Consents – collect and track parental permissions digitally.
- Registration – register students on-the-go.
- Messaging – stay connected with parents and staff during trips through the app.
- Task List – organise and assign tasks with a shared checklist.
- Expense Management – track trip expenses, manage budgets and share receipts.
- Packing Lists – create customisable packing lists tailored to each trip.
