Enter the trip details – destination, purpose, dates, year groups, cost, and staffing – and you’re on your way to your next educational visit. Want to add a touch of flair? Upload a cover photo to make your trip proposal pop! Once the form is ready, it pings directly to the EVC for review.
For EVCs, gone are the days of sifting through email chains or tracking down scattered forms. All trip proposals are neatly organised on their dashboard. They can approve trips, suggest tweaks, or provide feedback in just a few clicks. Teachers receive instant updates, ensuring everyone stays on the same page.
Once approved, the trip details entered by the trip lead automatically populate the trip cover page, which acts as the go-to space for all future updates and edits. Through TripPA’s easy-to-use and intuitive interface, everything is centralised, clear, and collaborative.
